It would be nice for an admin/mod to have a check box when posting to a forum and or editing someones thread that will allow them to close the thread after they post.
Right now it is a two step process you would have to edit the post, post it log back in to lock the message.
Just like there is a check box to mark as editid or preview there should be a lock thread checkbox...

Ok, have implemented a checkbox so that you can close a thread when - you start a new thread (useful for annoucements) - reply to an existing thread - modify an existing post
I hope to get the documention done in the next 2 days.
